Some of the best restaurants in the state are in my hometown of Highlands (check out Doris & Ed's and Bay Avenue Trattoria for starters...) and Restaurant Nicholas in Red Bank/Middletown is heaven. (Some newer faves like Laila's in Asbury Park and One28Bay in Highlands have not been added to the list as yet.) Enter your comments for as many restaurants as you like that you have visited within the past year. Short & sweet & descriptive is what they're looking for.
